要約(日本語): To perform real-time cellular characterization, a variety of micro-electrode arrays (MEAs) have been designed and reported in literature. Compared to traditional MEAs, thin-film-transistors (TFT) active matrix array have the advantage of large sensing area, optical transparency and high measurement resolution. This paper presents first successful results of 2D impedance mapping with a TFT array device which validates its potential of cell culture characterization and activity measurement.
