要約(日本語): 近年、遠隔医療などにおいて患者のバイタルを簡便にとらえられるシステムが求められている。特に呼吸に関する情報は、急変などを予測しうるパラメータとされながらも測定の困難さから院内であっても見過ごされてきた。そこで我々は、クレジットカードサイズで呼吸・脈拍を含む多数のバイタル情報を測定可能なモニタデバイスを開発した。また、健常者並びに救急外来受診者を対象に基礎性能評価を行った
