要約(英語): Calculation method of resistance between electrodes on cylindrical anisotropic resistors such as thin and smooth semi-conductive layers of high voltage power cables has already been proposed by using affine transformation and conformal mapping. _x000D_ In this paper, classification of applicable cases for electrode arrangement and cylinder length is described. There is an inapplicable case for finite length cylinder. These are explained from the viewpoint of the Rieman’s mapping theorem. Furthermore, specific calculation examples of each applicable case are introduced. Therefore, it is considered that the convenience and effectiveness of this calculation method can be realized.
