要約(英語): In a newly constructed power transmission network in the northern area of Hokkaido with the aim of expanding the introduction of wind power generation, we installed IED-based line control panels (DAC panel) to monitor and control three electrical stations, with the main purpose of reducing the need for metal cables. We have developed and delivered the telecontrol system that applies Station bus on IEC61850 and have begun actual operation. This paper reports on the configuration and functions of the system.
