要約(日本語): 日本、英国、米国テキサス州で、送配電料金の体系に対する公平性の認識を尋ねた。先行研究にならい、従量料金、容量料金、ピーク料金などを含む料金体系に対する認識を比較した。分析の結果、従量料金や容量料金は公平だと考える人が多いといった点において、3つの国・地域で同様の傾向を確認したが、例えば、日本ではピーク料金を公平だと考える人の割合が英国や米国より低いなど、いくつかの点では程度の違いも見られた。

要約(英語): We investigate perception of fairness to grid tariff structure in three countries/regions (Japan, United Kingdom and Texas). Based on an earlier study we compare the perception for several tariff structures, including volumetric charge, capacity charge, and peak pricing. We found similar pattern in perception in all three regions, yet there are some differences in several aspects.
