Energy resource aggregators can coordinate the DERs to improve the flexibility of power supply, but such coordination can lead to reduced profits for retail power suppliers. To resolve this situation, the aggregators pay compensation to the retail power suppliers. The authors propose a calculation method for the compensation that benefits both the aggregators and the retail power suppliers. The validity of the proposal is verified through numerical simulations and discussions on their results.
