要約(日本語): 本稿では、従業員の安全意識を向上させるための情報システムの設計と、試行的な効果検証の結果について報告する。近年、在宅勤務制度の急速な普及に伴い、企業従業員の労働環境の安全管理が困難になってきている。そこで、報酬型SNSシステムを活用し、従業員の安全意識を向上させる仕組みを考案した。本システムでは、SNSのタイムライン上にその日の安全トピックスを投稿することで、従業員の発言を促し、相互のリスク感度を向上させる。このシステムのプロトタイプを開発し、2ヶ月間のトライアルを実施した。アンケート評価の結果、安全意識の大幅な向上が確認され、また、日々の安全トピックの内容によって従業員の発言数が異なるという分析結果が得られた。

要約(英語): This paper reports the design of an information system to improve employee safety awareness and the results of a trial-based effectiveness verification. With the rapid spread of work-from-home programs in recent years, it has become difficult to manage the safety of the work environment for company employees. Therefore, we designed a system to improve the safety awareness of employees by utilizing an SNS system with rewards. In this system, safety topics of a day are posted on the SNS timeline to encourage employees to speak up and improve mutual risk sensitivity. A prototype of this system was developed, and a two-month trial was conducted. The questionnaire evaluation confirmed a significant improvement in safety awareness, and the analysis showed that the number of comments by employees depended on the content of the daily safety topics.
