要約(日本語): This study treats the creation of blended juices by an Interactive Genetic Algorithm and aims to investigate the progress of the ratios of source juices in the search. Six source juices composed of three fruit and three vegetable juices were used. Gradual increase in mean fitness in the search stage and marginal increase in the re-evaluating stage were confirmed. Lower ratios in vegetable juices were observed in the composition.
