Van Zeghbroeck et al., at IBM Research Center at that time, proposed the notion of PTT (Photon Transport Transistor) as an_x000D_ optical coupling device of light emitting diode (LED) or laser diode and light receiving diode (Photo Diode, PD), where the carrier of the_x000D_ base layer is light (Photon) only. Later, in 1996, W. N. Cheung and Paul J. Edwards have shown that PTT can be a very low noise amplifier_x000D_ in a positive feedback circuit, based on theoretical calculations of the noise figure. Furthermore, in 2023, we have presented a consideration_x000D_ on the expression of the direct current amplification function of PTT in positive feedback circuit, by showing experimental results. In this_x000D_ paper, in order to deal with the PTT circuit more theoretically, we newly derivate the h parameters in the PTT emitter common circuit,_x000D_ based on the approximate VI characteristic equation of LED and PD._x000D_
