要約(日本語): 架空送電線路に関する工事等を行なう場合は回線の停止が必要となる。従来、雷の発生頻度が高い7～9月の期間（以下、雷害期と呼ぶ）においては送電網の安定度を考慮し、原則的に工事等は計画していなかった。しかし、近年工事等の従事者が減少傾向にあるため、彼らが年間を通じて効率的に稼働できるような取組みが必要であった。今回、雷害期における停電作業実施に向けて各種検討を行ない運用を開始したので報告する。
