要約(日本語): 新型コロナウイルスのパンデミックの中、健康管理システムの重要性は高まっていた．本稿ではForms，Excel，SharePoint などの普段から使用しているWebサービスをPower Automateなどの技術を用いて組み合わることで，サーバーやデータベースを用いない健康管理システムを構築した．本稿では，そのシステム概要について紹介する．

要約(英語): Health management systems have become increasingly important in the new coronavirus pandemic. In this paper, a system was constructed by combining Web services that are usually used, such as Forms, Excel, and SharePoint, with Power Automate and other technologies. The system is a server and database-free system. This paper presents an overview of the system.
