要約(英語): In line with the development of technologies, RF wireless power harvesting has enormous potential for replacing batteries or increasing their lifetime. RF power harvesting requires a rectifier circuit to enable signal AC to be converted into DC power energy. Since RF power harvesting operates with relatively small voltages and currents, the AC RF-power signal rectification has been presented and evaluated in this paper. WP-ECRL and SEAL-RF adiabatic logic circuits are used in the simulation to compare the conventional rectifier and the proposed rectifier circuit. At the conventional rectifier implementation, a significant unstable signal was found at the initial condition, while the proposed rectifier implementation has seen a stable. The proposed rectifier implementation in the adiabatic logic circuit has resistance against power attack and is more secure compared with the conventional rectifier.
