要約(英語): Through interviews with former hotel general managers, this study examines the impact of the introduction of digital transformation (DX) in the hotel industry on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, management decisions, and human resource strategies. As a result, while DX contributes to improving operational efficiency and customer service, it also highlights issues such as incompatibility between systems and human resource shortages. In particular, the harmony between digital technology and human service is considered to be the key to achieving sustainable hospitality in the future.
