要約(日本語): 共通情報モデル（CIM）は，電力流通分野向けシステム間のデータ交換を統一的な方法で実現するための国際標準である。しかし，現行のCIMには，保護リレーに関するデータを表すオブジェクトクラスが不足しているという課題がある。そこで，筆者らはCIMにおける保護リレーの機能を表すクラスを設計し，その設計内容をIEC 61970-301の改定に反映することを目的とし標準化活動に従事している。本稿では，現在提案している保護リレーの機能を表すクラスの設計内容を報告する。

要約(英語): Common Information Model (CIM) is international standards to enable unified data exchange between systems used by TSO and DSO. However, the CIM lacks object classes to represent data related to protection relays. Therefore, authors have designed classes to represent the functions of protection relays within the CIM and are engaged in standardization activities to reflect them into IEC 61970-301.
