要約(日本語)：近年，生成AI技術が急速に進展しており，現在，教育界においても高い関心が寄せられている．文部科学省から発表されたガイドラインにおいて，「生成AIの仕組みの理解」，「学びに活かす視点」，「使いこなす力の育成」の3つの観点で生成AIリテラシーの必要性が示された．しかし，現在，この観点に基づく生成AIリテラシー育成プログラムは存在しない．そこで，本研究では沖縄県教員を対象として，上記の3観点に基づいた教育プログラム（本教育プログラム）を設計し，その有効性を検証した．その結果，生成AIに関する意識調査において，研修後に多くの教員の生成AIに関する意識が肯定的に変容したことが確認でき，本研修プログラムの有効性が示唆された．また，課題として，リテラシー教育の継続的な効果の検証が挙げられた．

要約(英語)：Recent years have seen rapid advances in generative AI technology, drawing considerable interest in the field of education. Guidelines issued by Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology highlight the need for generative-AI literacy from three perspectives: (1) understanding how the technology works, (2) identifying ways to leverage it for learning, and (3) cultivating the skills to use it effectively. At present, however, no training program addresses all three perspectives. Therefore, this study designed an educational program for teachers in Okinawa Prefecture based on these viewpoints and evaluated its effectiveness. A survey on attitudes toward generative AI revealed that, after the training, many teachers’ perceptions had shifted positively, suggesting the program’s effectiveness. Continuous assessment of the long-term impact of this literacy education remains a task for future work.
