要約(英語)：Resistive voltage dividers (RVDs) have a wide range of use in volage measurements. It is due to their simple structures and use under both DC/AC conditions. We have been developing a highly accurate and wideband RVD (WRVD) and its error measurement method from industrial frequencies to MHz range. The present problem to be solved is to achieve higher precision of the complex error measurement. To address the problem, a possibly of the complex error estimation by means of precision measurement of equivalent circuit parameters has been being explored.
