要約(日本語):This study proposes a Relational System Design that integrates Community System Design (CSD) and Psychological Incentive Design to promote sustainable participation in aging communities. By combining Self-Determination Theory with digital reciprocity mechanisms such as Gift Exchange and Step Prediction, the model bridges motivation and relational circulation. Field experiments in Uji City confirmed that proactive functions and psychological reinforcement increased participation frequency and equity in the circulation of relational assets. The results demonstrate that embedding psychological incentives into system structures can regenerate community relationships and foster autonomous, data-driven social engagement.
