要約(英語): In this work, an ultra-small wireless sensor node was developed by using a piezoresistive planer MEMS sensor with the sensitivity of 0.2~0.3 mV/V/g and a fully-integrated low-power customized LSI. The sensor node was demonstrated effective for the monitoring of low-frequency vibrations at a few Hz, i.e. infrastructure monitoring during earthquakes.
