要約(英語): In this paper, the mass response distribution and the sensitivity on the electrode of quartz crystal resonator (QCR) are evaluated for various shapes of AT-cut QCR. A fabrication process of Gaussian-shaped QCR was proposed and demonstrated. Interestingly, the sensitivity amplification in the Gaussian-shaped QCR was observed. This resonator is expected to apply for the mass measurement of the various microparticles.
