要約(英語): We develop a pneumatic valve for high micro channels, which is low stress to cells. It consists of a parallelogram micro channel in cross section (width 500 μm, height 50 μm, acute angle 67°) and a pneumatic actuator at the bottom. It shuts the micro channel, and completely stops the flow of liquid including HeLa cells without severe damages.
