要約(英語): This study proposes a wide range acoustic emission sensor using ultra-thin piezoresistive combined with a non-vaporized liquid. Since the AE signals are detected by the ’s resistance change, this device does not need complicated electric circuit in measurement. Furthermore, regarding the miniaturized simple structure and the low-cost fabrication process, our proposed AE sensor can be expected to lead infrastructure monitoring system, which is rather difficult now due to the high-cost issue. In our method, we measure AE signals by utilizing the high sensitivity and wide dynamic range of the liquid/piezoresistive /air structure.
