要約(英語): Micro-gripper of reversible operation mechanism was fabricated from a SMA film. The outer arm was deformed to 40μm. The inner arm was deformed to 20μm by thermal conduction from the outer arm. Spring constants of inner arm was 29.4 N/m which corresponds to 23.5mN when gripping of 50μm thick sheet.
