要約(英語): In this paper, we propose a miniature thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) system by using quartz crystal microbalance. . We found out the optimized QCM showed low power consumption and had superior heating property. Heating up the sensor by using the developed system, we were able to distinguish between methanol and ethanol gases by the thermal desorption spectra.
