要約(英語): We report a 2-axis decoupled gyroscope with one sensor element for detecting yaw and roll rates. The sensor element is composed of two masses and 3-axis independent beam-spring structures. Due to the beam-spring structures, each mass vibrates only in each sensing direction without mechanical cross talk. The test results demonstrated that the proposed gyroscope can simultaneously detect yaw and roll rates with low cross-axis sensitivity.
