要約(英語): A narrow-band guided-wave optical acoustic emission sensor consists of a diaphragm and a waveguide across a diaphragm. Sensors with the same diaphragm dimensions were fabricated to examine output responses when applying short-duration sound pulses. Sensitivity was found to strongly depend on experimental conditions, but there were no other serious differences between the fabricated sensors.
