要約(英語): We present an organic temperature detector consisting of an organic flexible thermal sensor and an organic complementary read-out circuit. The read-out circuit receives analog signals from the thermal sensor and it produces digital output signals reflecting whether the temperature of the system has exceeded a threshold temperature or not.
