要約(英語): This sensor is a contactless capacitive sensor. For combo sensing of electrical properties of target liquids, we utilized a frequency dependence of dielectric constant and conductivity, and measured at dual frequencies. Because the dual frequency measurement is realized by using the overtone mode of a quartz-crystal resonator (QCR), the sensor can be compact with a single QCR and a same sensing capacitor.
