要約(英語): Three methods were adopted to prepared the AuNPs film: ion sputtering with drop-coating of gold colloid, layer-by-layer deposition of AuNPs using cross-linker with different molecular lengths and self-assembled monolayer. The relation between SERS and the structures was investigated. The gas-sensing result demonstrated that the prepared AuNPs film was an promising approach for highly sensitive gas detection.
