要約(英語): Magnetostrictive materials are often used for several sensors and actuators. In this research, we proposed the high throughput evaluation method for magnetostriction and magnetization using MEMS device. We confirm the operation of evaluation substrate for measuring the magnetization by comparing the result of the vibrating sample magnetometer.
