要約(英語): To simplify the manufacturing process of infrared sensor, and reduce the parasitic capacitance between the upper and lower electrode, we formed Pt electrode by the lift-off method. Ferroelectric properties of the PZT film on patterned Pt somewhat less than it on all over coated Pt, but it showed good characteristics. Furthermore, by performing an electrode positioned properly, it was possible to suppress the cracks generated on SiO2.
