要約(英語): For human friendly mechanical systems, researches of soft actuators using flexible structure material is advancing. In this research, the sensors which don’t disturb the soft actuator’s driving have been fabricated and evaluated. Poly (vinylidene fluoridetrifluoroethylene) [P(VDF/TrFE)] was used as the sensor material. The displacement sensor and the gripping sensor are mounted on the actuator and were evaluated.
