要約(英語): A solid type pH sensor for dairy cow-rumen measurement is developed. The pH sensor combines a MOSFET with a separate sensing electrode of indium tin oxide (ITO) film, which is a separated sensing component and connecting with the gate terminal of FET. As the results shown, the pH sensor has approximate 1mA baseline for pH7 and 12uA/pH testing sensitivity. After well package, the solid pH is adapted to sense the daily range pH value of rumen.
