要約(英語): In this study, we developed the liquid concentration sensor based on crystal oscillator circuit for measuring microdroplet. We optimized the design of the sensing capacitor for sensing microdroplet on a robotic skin. By using the spatially confined electric field generated over the skin, we can measure a microdroplet on the skin exactly.
