要約(英語): Biomolecules monitoring sensor based on a VO2 microthermistor was reported. The sensor fabricated by using the deposited VOx had 15000 ppm/K of the temperature coefficient of the resistance, and 0.30 mK/√Hz of the temperature resolution. This value corresponds to 32 μM of the cholesterol solution density.
