要約(英語): Engineering of perfusable vascular networks is crucial for constructing complicated tissue. Here, we explored the methods of perfusable tissue-vascularization using angiogenesis. As a result, we successfully constructed the perfusable vascular toward the multicellular spheroid used as tissue-model. This system could be a useful platform to study vascular biology and morphogenesis.
