要約(英語): This paper shows integration of a valve into pressure supply channel for pneumatic balloon actuator (hereafter PBA). We employed microvalve using thermally responsive solution. This paper also shows evaluation of pressure-resistant developed microvalve and demonstration of developed PBA. Integration of a valve into actuator allows designing compact pneumatic actuator system.
