要約(日本語): The electret films with silica agglomerates on PFA film using electro static spraying were prepared. The heat and humidity resistance of the prepared electret samples were investigated. The charge retention after heating of the electret was improved by the electro static spraying of the silica agglomerates. Most of the electro sprayed samples showed higher charge retention than the convention of silica agglomerates electret. The charge retention of the eletret sprayed samples was increased with the increase in the area fraction of silica agglomerates, Rs until Rs>20%. The charge retention of the electrostatic sprayed samples was not charged under high humidity(70%) for 72hr.
