要約(日本語): Plant potentials are generated by ion concentration difference between inside and outside of plants cell. It has reported that the potentials of plants changes at the environmental condition. In this study, we measured the plant potential and ion concentration in the air. The results were obtained that the plant potential fluctuated with ion concentration in the air, and it’s correlated with photosynthesis rate. Correlation coefficient value of 0.754 was obtained for negative charge and 0.399 was obtained for positive charge. We concluded that plant activities such as photosynthesis can be evaluated in more details by measurements of the plant potentials with applying this study.
