要約(英語): Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) is a Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)technique used to determine the orientation of white matter fiber in the human brain in vivo. White matter fiber tracking or tractography can estimate the possible fiber paths by tracing principal diffusion directions of local tensor orientations. In tractography, the integrity of connections between different regions in the brain is determined. In this research, a novel and fast probabilistic fiber tracking method is proposed using Cuckoo Search (CS) algorithm. CS algorithm integrated with multi-tensor models solves crossing fiber to find optimal solutions of tractography. also, increase accuracy and reduce computing time by using a multi-tensor model with Bayesian method of uncertainty.
