要約(英語):A PTAT voltage generator employed in conventional voltage reference circuits has required a constant external bias voltage. This brought the circuit to malfunction in low-temperature regions. This paper proposes a voltage reference circuit including a bias circuit which gives the voltage with a negative temperature coefficient in order to give a higher PTAT voltage in low-temperature regions. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed circuit operates correctly over a wider temperature range from 233 K to 423 K.
