要約(日本語): Nowadays, power systems all over the world are facing the new structure, a deregulated system. In this structure, it is possible for the third parties to access the transmission system for transactions. Therefore, it can be seen that the reliability of the transmission system will play much more important role and have much contribution to the reliability of overall power systems. Although there are many methods available now for reliability evaluation, they were implemented for a classical model power system. From this reason, this paper proposes a new method to evaluate transmission system reliability in a deregulated environment. This method includes both two main models of the deregulated power system, pool and bilateral based models.
