要約(日本語): In this paper for a multi-machine power system equipped with Unified Power Flow Controller an observer based robust control is designed. The effect of Unified Power Flow Controller location in the system is considered by numerical simulations during the controller design. GPS data transmission facilities are used to synchronize the global data of the system to produce an observer based robust control input for UPFC. The main source of uncertainty considered for the robust control design is one line outage of double circuit transmission line. Numerical simulations show that the proposed control can stabilize the system under sever fault conditions.
