要約(日本語): The objective of this study is to find an optimum power generation structure in term of cost efficiency by applying the biomass power generation to Vietnam in 2010. The biomass power generation system is assumed to serve from 2010; the biomass fuel is exploited from short rotation forest of Acacia Hybrid. Software of LINDO (Linear, INteractive, and Discrete Optimizer) is used. The parameter is electric production of biomass power generation that is assumed to be 0%, 5% and 10% of the total electric production. The results show that, in 2010, by increasing the biomass power generation from 0% to 10%, the electricity cost of the power system reduces from 2.78 $cent/kWhe to 2.69 $cent/kWhe, CO2 emission factor of the power system reduces from 116.7 g-C/kWhe to 84.6 g-C/kWhe.
