要約(日本語): The present paper investigates the effect of sheath grounding, when a lightning current flows into counterpoises representing a part of a grounding mesh. A short section of a counterpoise is modeled by a distributed line with additional shunt admittances on the both ends representing leakage currents from the counterpoise to the earth. A control cable and the counterpoise are modeled as a multiphase distributed line so as to take into account mutual coupling between them. With various conditions of the metallic sheath when a lightning current flows into the sending end of the counterpoise, voltages and currents on the control cable are investigated based on EMTP simulations.
