要約(日本語): In thhis paper, we discuss existence conditions and characteristics of power flows, through what we call the tensor power equations. The study reveals that existence of power flow solutions is determined by the power system structure and specified nodal values, and that the tensor expressions of power flows possess straight line decomposition formulas in corresponding tensor spaces. We also scrutinize convergence of Newton-Raphson algorithms based on what we call the quadratic power equations. It is shown that under quite mild assumptions the Newton-Raphson algorithm does converge. The results are heuristic to analysis of power systems and power flow computations.
