要約(日本語): The power oscillation caused by disturbances such as frequent load switches is a big concern for power system stability. Generally there are many oscillation modes in a concerned power system but only a few of them are dominant and crucial for maintaining stability. This work intends to achieve a precise estimation of global steady state stability. In this paper, FFT filter method is proposed to extract the data with aimed dominant oscillation frequency band from PMU measurements which include a lot of components of wide frequency scope. And then this technique combined with the oscillation model based on the PMU data is adopted to estimate the steady state stability on a practical power system.
