要約(日本語): This paper describes a battery unit using 30kW-30sec flywheel (FW). This unit contributes the suppression of power variation caused by windmill generators. FW is superior to the lead-acid battery in terms of life time, cost, and environmental conditions. Experimental result shows that the unit performs at +/- 30kW discharge/ charge.
