要約(日本語): Total Transfer Capability (TTC) is used as an index measuring the ability of a transmission network to reliably carry electric power from one location to another. When evaluating the TTC, it is important to consider the uncertainty associated with the system parameters particularly for a power system integrated with renewable energy, and the system security related to voltage and transient stabilities. This paper presents a probabilistic TTC evaluation together with voltage and transient stability consideration. The validation of the proposed method is conducted through a numerical simulation on the modified IEEE 30-bus system integrated with wind power generation.
