要約(日本語): Power restoration problem in distribution system is the problem of handling operation operations that make it possible to supply power from other line in response to power system power failure by switching between the opened and closed states of sectionalizing switches. Until now, considerable research has been conducted regard this issue. This paper presents a new technique, which is based on minimum number of switching operations, non-restored load and losses. The main contribution of this paper is to allocate the small-scale power generation technologies (typically in the range of 3 kW to 1,000 kW) used to provide an alternative to or an enhancement of the traditional electric power system which called Distributed Generation (DG) at the power outage sections and then applying the developed genetic algorithm (GA) for the reduced network to get an optimal configuration after the occurrence of the faults. The developed genetic algorithm is tested on a standard system and then it is applied for a practical system.
