要約(日本語): The IEEJ（Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan）has published many papers for electrical engineering regarding to power and energy. It is important to grasp the IEEJ trends through IEEJ Journal and transaction，and cultivate the international sense considering the technology transfer. This paper describes reaction comments of university students for the state of IEEJ，the low-carbon society，international standardization from the technologies developed in Japan，and insulation co-ordination under learning the design of electrical machine in 2010. These obtained reaction comments show the activity and motivation of the next generation.
